Trolls will often criticize my reviews on Amazon for the non sequitors, apropos of nothings and lack of detail regarding the actual book. I just cannot abide spoilers or previews of any sort so you get my random thoughts instead. Plus, existentially speaking my brood can trace my life and stories through reviews if any of this exists after the Ai takeover or Trumpocalypse whichever comes first. Speaking of 45, I am convinced after the Phoenix Debacle that he either has organic brain disorder from long term cocaine and methamphetamine use or has had craniocerebral trauma. His disfluencies, prosody and affected, repetitive speech pattern leads me to believe it has to be one or the other. Though my Doctorate is in Divinity so I can only diagnose his soul which is probably just fine like all of us on this tiny speck of nothing, in an insignificant galaxy tucked in the middle of a universe so yuge and full of fire and fury that most of us cannot even begin to comprehend it. Lastly, I highly recommend this vivid Noir Quartet and am genuinely looking forward to LA Confidential next!
