Following the release of The King of Limbs, Radiohead commissioned a series of remixes that were released throughout the summer of 2011. This collection brings together all of these cutting-edge tracks in a two-CD set.

While I'm not as rabid a Radiohead fan as I used to be, they are still one of my favorite bands and I respect how they have managed to remain relevant and creative 20 years into their career. This 2-disc, 19 song album is a collection of remixes of their "King of Limbs" album, with some big names (Caribou, Four Tet, Jamie xx) and some obscure names (Shed, Pearson Sound Scavenger). There are multiple versions of the same song and you do wonder if 19 remixes of an album that only had 8 songs is a little excessive. It's interesting, especially for those who like their more experimental, electronic side, but it's hardly essential.
