This book tries to take a humorous spin on cooking kale by parodying Fifty Shades of Grey. The recipes are okay. I'd recommend it for people giving joke gifts rather than looking for serious cook books.

I love kale but did not love the format of this book. I did not enjoy reading commentary and recipes and viewing photos with a sexual bondage theme.

I'm sure some will think it is clever but I found it tiresome and the recipes are not that exciting.

I was quite surprised to find that it was written by a psychiatrist!!
