I am a big Barre fan. This type of exercise program really does have amazing results.

I usually work out at home using a specific Barre series of DVDs but just wanted to switch it up a little as I was getting bored. Borrowed this from the library and WOW! Despite having done Barre with DVDs for years, this one definitely still hit spots I didn't know I had.

I recommend Barre to all my friends and would definitely recommend this DVD to anyone of any fitness level wanting to try Barre and get in shape fast.
