Great recipes in this one. Some recipes are very "old English" and use organ meats, etc. There are still plenty of recipes for those who will not eat that sort of thing. I made the Bosworth's Goat Cheese tart. What a hit! There is a layer of red onion marmalade in the bottom. Very easy and the recipe is in the book. I also made Jam Roly Poly with the custard. Also a hit. These are great simple recipes. Very earthy.
