I throughly enjoyed this book. It was recommended to me by one of the teen librarians at Milner and I read it on my lunch break. The drawings in it are really great and I loved that it is set in Nova Scotia (which is where I'm from originally) The symbolism gets a little heavy towards the end and the little footnotes about what Tim Horton's is (for the American audiences) is a little wearing but it's very entertaining and the plot keeps you interested. I would recommend it for a teacher who is looking for a new novel study book for her class. It's a graphic novel, Canadian content and enough symbolism to bring up lots of questions.
